He is the co-author of The Lazy Millionaire: How To Build Real Estate Wealth While You Sleep and The Lazy Millionaire Workbook.

He teaches three seminars at the Learning Annex in San Francisco including How To Purchase And Profit From 2-4 Unit Apartment Buildings, Buyer Beware: Real Estate Scams, Rip-offs and Dirty Tricks and The Lazy Millionaire: How To Build Real Estate Wealth While You Sleep.
