Recently, one of my long-time clients decided to take the plunge. What plan you ask? The refi plunge!

Like over 60% of those who could benefit from a refinance, but haven't gotten around to it, he'd been putting it off because he was too busy. I totally understand busy.

Like many of us, he was so engaged in his daily activities that it was hard for him to find the time to even think about refinancing.

Fortunately, I got on a good day and was able to show him how we could lower his monthly payment and shorten the term of his loan by three years for only about $2500 in closing costs. And we could streamline the process by helping him thru the application materials.

His lifetime savings will be over $30,000 on a loan of a little over $200,000. No wonder he likes the numbers!

Lower monthly payment, $30,000 plus and lifetime savings. What's not to like?! And so do I! There isn't much more satisfying in my work life than helping people save some serious cash.

And by the way, typically the bigger your loan, the bigger your savings. In fact one of our clients is currently in line to save nearly $100,000 over the life of his loan. Now that's some serious cash.
