Pat Schmalz is Vice President/Associate Broker with Smith-Craine Real Estate Financing.
After 20 years in corporate roles including Payroll Director of Gap, Inc., Chief Business Officer of Villa Julie College, and a potpourri of accounting and budgeting positions during a fourteen year career with CSX Transportation, Pat moved into the mortgage business in 2002.
Pat’s professional credentials include a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University, a M.B.A. from Loyola College of Maryland, and an inactive CPA credential earned while in Maryland with CSX.
Moreover, Pat completed the multi-year process of earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) credential with the six hour (not to brag, but he finished in five hours and fifty-nine minutes) comprehensive exam in April, 2005.
